Terms & Conditions

All reservations are confirmed in writing with an all-in base price; gratuity, tolls, parking and airport fees are additional and itemized. Hourly charters bill from scheduled pickup until release, in 30-minute increments after the vehicle minimum.

Cancellations: sedans and SUVs — free up to 3 hours before pickup; stretch limousines, Sprinters and party buses — 7 days for a full refund. No-shows are billed in full; an airport no-show is declared only after the included wait time elapses and we are unable to reach you.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol is permitted only for parties where all passengers are 21+, and never on school-related trips. Excessive-cleaning and damage fees may apply. Vellaro Black Cars LLC is licensed and commercially insured in the State of Illinois.
